Chicken tikka masala

Chicken tikka masala



A treat to all  the chicken lovers, yummy drooling chicken tikka curry is a perfect combination for special occasions. Served with butter naan or any Indian bread.

Ingredients for marination

150  gms of boneless chicken (parboiled)
1.5 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1  cup of curd
1 cube of cheese
Salt as per taste
1 tsp mirchi powder
3/4 tsp of tandoori masala powder
1/4 tsp of black salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
Dash of lime
Handful of coriander leaves

Mix all ingredients in a bowl & keep in fridge for 1/2 hr.

Other ingredients
2 tsp of ghee
1 tsp of oil
1/2 capsicum cut into cubes
2 onion sauted in oil til brown & blend into paste.
1 tomato pureed
1 elachi
1/2 inch of dalchini
Cream to garnish
Salt as required

Method
πŸ‘‰ Take oil in a nonstick kadai, transfer the marination in it. Let it cook in sim flame for 15 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.
πŸ‘‰ Take a kadai, add ghee, elachi, dalchini, onion paste, capsicum cubes & tomato puree saute for few minutes, transfer the cooked chicken in this mixture add salt as required & check the other seasonings as well.
πŸ‘‰ Let it cook for few minutes, transfer in a bowl garnish with cream & coriander leaves.
