Capsicum soup

Ingredients
1 capsicum cut into cubes
1 clove garlic
4 spring onions
1 handful of spinach(palak)
1/2 inch ginger
1 green chilly
These ingredients will be added in pressure cooker.

Other ingredients
Salt as required
Pepper as per taste
1 tsp butter
1 tsp maida
1/2 cup milk
1 stalk of leeks ( or celery)

Method

๐Ÿ‘‰ In a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp oil, add capsicum, garlic saute till capsicum sweats add rest of the other ingredients mentioned in pressure cooker category, saute for a minute.

๐Ÿ‘‰ add 2 cups of water and cook for one whistle, allow it to cool down, grind to puree and strain the stock.

๐Ÿ‘‰ In a pan, add 1 tsp maida & butter saute till frothy, add the puree, pour the stock to adjust the consistency, let it boil for few minutes.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Add milk, salt & pepper. Keep stirring.

๐Ÿ‘‰Add leeks stalk, you can add celery if leeks not available.

๐Ÿ‘‰ While serving sprinkle dash of lime.

Note:- strain puree as well.
            If leek not available you can                   substitute with celery.
