Panner sticks



Yummy, easy to make, bite-size starter is an instant hit among kids & perfect for evening gatherings.

Ingredients for marination

8- 10 big chunks of panner cubes
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp of chat masala
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1/2 tsp of chilly powder
Mix all ingredients and keep aside in fridge for 15 minutes.



Ingredients for batter
1 cup of besan(chickpea flour)
Salt as required
Pinch of chat masala
1/2 tsp of chilly powder
3/4 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Handful of finely chopped corriander leaves.
Pinch of garam masala
Mix all ingredients with water, make a smooth batter



Other ingredients

Oil to deep fry
1 capsicum cut into cubes
Few toothpicks
Lime to garnish

Method

๐Ÿ‘‰ take a tooth pick and porch a capsicum cube, panner marinated cube & finally close it with capsicum cube. Repeat the process for rest of capsicum and panner cubes.
๐Ÿ‘‰  dip each arranged pick in besan batter and deep fry in hot oil in medium flame till golden brown.

Serve it with lime:)
