Panner sticks🍢🍢🍢🍢

Panner sticks



Yummy, easy to make, bite-size starter is an instant hit among kids & perfect for evening gatherings.

Ingredients for marination

8- 10 big chunks of panner cubes
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp of chat masala
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1/2 tsp of chilly powder
Mix all ingredients and keep aside in fridge for 15 minutes.



Ingredients for batter
1 cup of besan(chickpea flour)
Salt as required
Pinch of chat masala
1/2 tsp of chilly powder
3/4 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Handful of finely chopped corriander leaves.
Pinch of garam masala
Mix all ingredients with water, make a smooth batter



Other ingredients

Oil to deep fry
1 capsicum cut into cubes
Few toothpicks
Lime to garnish

Method

👉 take a tooth pick and porch a capsicum cube, panner marinated cube & finally close it with capsicum cube. Repeat the process for rest of capsicum and panner cubes.
👉  dip each arranged pick in besan batter and deep fry in hot oil in medium flame till golden brown.

Serve it with lime:)
